I just don't know what the BFD about this place is. Yes it's cheap, yes it's filling, but for that Ramen has always been there for me. It's not terrible, it's not delicious, it's just sort of there. If you need a quick bite to eat there's nothing wrong with it. I would like to try their upscale version of a restaurant some day thought.

giving this place 3 stars...i should give it 2 really. the pizza here is very inconsistent - some days the pizza is good, other days, eh. they skimp on the toppings. I once ordered a mushroom only pizza and got a dusting of mushrooms. I couldn't even taste it. In the past, the dough had a good flavor to it but somehow, they changed the recipe and it is bland and they make it too thin in the middle. the pizzas are cheap and huge. i have to think about ordering it from them as they are very inconsistent with making it. I suspect it is due to the number of high school kids working there.

If you are putting a Margarita pizza in the menu you should not have randomly and sparingly placed mozzarella. This is the first time I've ordered a pizza with big patches of missing cheese. Also the buffalo wings were so raw we had to cook them on the grill . No joke.

An hour and a half for delivery, or an hour for pick-up. What should we choose? We went with pick-up, as we've been wanting to give them a second shot. When we picked the two medium (their smallest pizzas) pies up at the time they told us to come, they were cold and cost a total of $30. The dough is chewy and the ingredients taste like they are bought at the lowest price point possible to increase their profit. Gross, non-flavorful, cold, expensive pizza after an hour wait. Will not return here. One star because we can't rate any lower.

Nothing exceptional about the pizza...In fact on the bad side and totally below average. The pizza dough and the toppings on top were all minimalistic. The pizza crust gets really thin in the middle and the slice is limp!! It lacked salt! Yes that was a concern, we had to add salt on top to have a little flavor to it. If it wasnt for the crushed red pepper and oregano I doubt we would have been able to finish the meal. Not at all impressed! I gave them a chance since I would try anything once atleast and I would stick to it! Not coming here again! thanks guys!

a 3lb pizza? Yikes. Too doughy, sauce has a kind of ragu like taste, cheese... I really dont care for it, just really bland.

This is the best pizza in North Andover in my opinion. Huge slices that are somewhat undercooked for that doughy, cheesy, melty, oh soooo tasty deliciousness. The sauce has real chunks of tomato with a sweet little kick, omgoodness I want a slice now. I also love their tomato garlic pizza with white sauce. It's like an orgasm combined with puppies sprinkled with kittens and rolled in jimmies. I dunno, combine everything wonderful in this world and you've got this white pizza. Btw, a 'slice' at Sal's is actually TWO, or as they like to say, 1/4 of their pizza. Each slice is huge enough on its own already, but they double it. FINE BY ME.

We ordered pizza for delivery for our daughter's birthday party. Two cheese and one pepperoni. Came in forty five minutes: ok, that was fine. But what was not gone was that after tipping the delivery woman well, when we opened the pizza, it was apparent that this was not held level during the course of delivery. Slices were folded over themselves and cheese and sauce sloughed off. This is not the kind of thing to show off to your guests. This also presents a challenge with trying to reheat leftovers on the toaster oven. Doubly disappointing.

Good pizza (a little doughy but works for me) and friendly local folks. You can customize your pizza however you like. It beats Pizza Factory since it isn't greasy. It's not a restaurant but it does have seating inside. Clean dining area too.

Sals Pizza is over Rated it's just big Slices that lack taste and when you order slice they don't warm then up enough and it's cold when you go to eat it and when you order a pizza it's always under cooked and to use 5 to. 10 more min in the oven
